product damage by accident

“I broke the product by accident!”

If the item has been broken accidentally by misuse, we cannot cover this issue under the Epordo’s warranty.

We have 3 suggestions

1) Contact us to  return the product back to china. In that case since the item is now out of warranty, you will have to cover the shipping fees to resend the product back to China , the repair fee and the shipping fees from China back your country.
2) Repair your item locally.
3) Buy another product on epordo.com.
