If your item won’t switch on
 

“I Just Received My New Gadget And It Doesn’t Power On”

If your newly received item doesn’t switch on, follow these steps:

  1. Check the product manual.
  2. Charge the product fully and try again or use another same plug with same power output if you have.
  3. Give the product to your local technician and see if they can get it to work.
  4. If you think it’s definitely not working, contact Epordo with your order number and the product code.
  5. If it’s apparently faulty, we’ll give you instructions about how to send it back for further testing.
  6. If you think the product is broken due to physical damage during delivery, click here for advice.
