5. Does the user need to install software ?

Answer: No need install software , because it is cloud software, free installation ; very simple and convenient ; NO Any Installation

6. Customers can login internet cloud time attendance software anywhere anytime from any PC /mobile ?

Answer: yes , each device cloud SN can create one account, but we recommend one company use one account which is more convenient for all device and employees management ;

13. How many machines do we need for our company ?

Answer : if you have less employees , such as 20,30…you can buy one machine only which will be used by all employees ; if your company is big with many departments, then you can buy 1 unit device for each department which is more convenient ; every department use their own machine separately

14. If we have 20 branches in our country/city, can we buy 20 units machines and manage all in head office ?

Answer: Yes sure ; Applications: all companies/office/factory, especially for Multinational companies, chain stores,,,, which has many branches word widely or the whole country! it is an innovative attendance system-the future trend of time attendance system!

15. if one cloud SN was added to one account , but you want to use it for new customer and use it to register new account , what could you do ?

Answer: you have to login your previous account to delete this SN from your account, then you can use this SN to register new account !

16. Do u allow Integrations, Customizations & branding?

Answer: Yes , we provide MQTT for integrations; Customizations & branding is available too!

17. After payment done, how long will our device to be delivered?

Answer: sample order 3-4 working days ; order 50- 100 units one week; 300-500 units :around 3 weeks

18. What about warranty ?
