Hotel door lock hardware operation instructions

Your will receive hotel locks and encoder and cards :

For cards:

1. Authorized card one piece： used to initialize all locks
2. Other white cards are blank cards, then you can issue as room card ,,,master card…
3. Enocder : card reader ,it is used to issue cards for hotel; and put it on reception desk ; connect by its USB cable with PC and encoder ; no need other installation !
4. Power getting switch : used to install inside each hotel room, when guest come in, he has to insert his room card inside switch , then can get room electricity
5. Lock management assistant : use to intialized locks and get lock events

After you receive lock , install 4pcs AA battery , connect to cylinder and front cover lock ;

1. Connect encoder to PC by USB cable and login software
2. Issue one room card by software and encoder(put one empty blank white card on encoder and issue one room card, such as room no.101; then issue it , this card is 101 room card now)
3. Swipe one timeauthorized card(blue light on) on one unit lock, after one second, then swipe the precious 101 room card on this lock, also blue light , now this lock inside is with room no.101 and time;  then swipe again this 101 room card, this lock will be open ;

Actually , after you swipe one time authorized card, blue light on, this lock now is under programming status , then u swipe room card , this room card no. And time will be written inside this lock , then finish this lock initialization;  this lock has room no. Inside it now ;
